This individual will serve as a key technical resource, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting complex issues, and helping drive technology initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities of Senior IT Support Specialist: Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support for end users across multiple locations. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Administer and support Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related technologies. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Support server infrastructure, user access management, security protocols, and system updates. Assist with network troubleshooting including switches, wireless connectivity, VPNs, and internet connectivity. Document procedures, solutions, and technical processes. Participate in technology projects, upgrades, implementations, and system rollouts. Work closely with leadership to identify and implement technology improvements. Maintain a strong customer-service mindset while supporting employees at all levels of the organization. Qualifications of Senior IT Support Specialist: 5 years of progressive IT support or systems administration experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management. Experience supporting networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networks. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar are a plus.
