Professional Recruiter

What You’ll Actually Do Run full-cycle recruiting across professional roles (engineering, IT, F&A, HR, admin) Partner directly with clients to break down vague hiring needs into executable search strategies Build and maintain high-value talent pipelines—not just fill reqs Source passive candidates using multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, referrals, events, direct targeting) Conduct real interviews—not resume walkthroughs—focused on capability, gaps, and motivators Manage the entire process: intake → sourcing → interview → offer → close Stay tight on metrics: time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, pipeline health Act as a market advisor to clients (comp, availability, skill trends) Support contract employees and ensure strong post-placement engagement Where You Separate Yourself You don’t rely on job boards—you hunt You can talk to engineers, finance leaders, or IT professionals without sounding lost You know how to qualify both sides (candidate AND client) and control the process You’re competitive and outcome-driven, not activity-driven You can manage multiple priorities without things slipping What You Bring 1-3 years of recruiting experience (agency or high-volume/professional roles preferred) Proven success in full-cycle recruiting Experience recruiting in at least one: engineering, IT, finance/accounting, or corporate functions Strong ATS/CRM discipline and comfort with recruiting tools Ability to operate in a metrics-driven, performance environment Why Nesco Hybrid flexibility with strong local market presence Backed by a 60 year national brand with real client relationships Opportunity to own and build a vertical, not just work reqs Clear path to grow into senior recruiting, team leadership, or business development Earnings and advancement tied directly to your production—not politics Bottom Line If you want a role where you can: Build something instead of maintaining it Increase your income based on output And accelerate faster than internal recruiting will ever allow We work for you.
