This role requires a strong leader who can manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. What you’ll be doing: Lead all phases of construction projects including planning, execution, and closeout Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation Oversee project budgets, job costs, and financial performance Prepare and review estimates, bid proposals, and contract documents Manage subcontractors, field teams, and project staff Drive schedule adherence and ensure on-time project delivery Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders Lead project meetings, negotiations, and reporting Identify risks, solve problems, and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Mentor and develop junior team members What you need: 10 years of construction project management experience (commercial preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong background in construction supervision, finance, and estimating Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract management Familiarity with union labor environments is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
