Ability to evaluate the quality of specialty trades in high-end renovation environments. Proficient in interior painting materials, touch-ups, plastering, taping, and skim coating. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and navigate stairs, ladders, and scaffolding. Skilled in diagnosing problems and making repairs independently.
