Disassemble and reassemble commercial HVACR equipment to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to service equipment and mechanical systems. Complete electronic documentation of service tasks, materials used, and labor hours. Explain service charges and work performed to customers' satisfaction. Maintain inventory stock on service vehicles. Reconcile work order documents, vendor packing slips, and weekly timesheets for supervisor review.
