Your daily duties will include: Equipment Operation: Professionally operate planetary concrete grinders, polishers, high-speed burnishers, and HEPA dust-extraction vacuums. Surface Preparation: Perform coating removal, crack/joint repair, patching, and precision edge work. Finishing & Artistry: Correctly apply densifiers, protective sealers, stains, and custom decorative finishes. Project & Site Management: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant, "safety-first" job site. Ensure projects are documented accurately and completed on schedule. Logistics: Safely load, unload, and maintain company equipment, materials, and trailers. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable concrete polishing experience (Required). Travel: 100% availability for nationwide travel (Required). Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and comfortably work 8–12 hour shifts. Environment: Comfortable working in active, dusty, and noisy industrial/commercial environments. Mindset: Strong work ethic, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety. Travel & Schedule Details This is a 100% traveling position. We ensure our crews are well taken care of while on the road: Rotation: 8–10 weeks on the road, followed by 1 full week of home time.
