Senior Restoration Designer (Native Plants) POSITION : Senior Restoration Designer S TATUS : Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt REPORTS TO : Director of Design SALARY: $85,000-$105,000 SUMMARY OF THE POSITION The Senior Restoration Designer works closely and collaboratively with senior staff and design staff to design projects that achieve client goals and priorities, meet regulatory requirements, and are consistent with WED's Mission Statement. S/he is responsible for managing and mentoring design staff in the development of the design strategies and the creation of documents required to successfully permit projects with local and state regulatory agencies. In collaboration with the project team, the Senior Restoration Designer presents technical aspects, ecological benefits and regulatory compliance of WED developed projects at local Conservation Commission public hearings.
