Practice Info Thriving and growth-focused interventional pain practice Supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) ownership opportunity Utilizes e-Clinical Works EMR Patient population consists primarily of Medicare and Managed Medicare, commercial, and Workers Comp Responsibilities Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in both office-based and ASC settings Conduct new patient appointments (anticipated 6–8 per day on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday) with the focus on building a new patient base Supervise two experienced Nurse Practitioners who handle most follow-up patient care Compensation $450,000 guaranteed base salary with production bonus Productivity bonus at percentage of collections Long-term partnership potential Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with 4% match & Defined benefit plan CME stipend of 5K with 1 week time away Malpractice with tail coverage 3 weeks PTO 1 week CME ($5,000 stipend) 5-7 paid federal holidays Shift & Schedule Work hours are generally 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, with a one-hour lunch No call is required Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school BE/BC in Interventional Pain Will consider new graduates Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset Experience with a patient population consisting primarily of Medicare and Managed Medicare, commercial, and Workers Comp
