Warranty Compliance Auditor East

The Warranty Compliance Auditor is responsible for ensuring dealership adherence to warranty, service, and operational policies and procedures. This role conducts detailed compliance audits, analyzes cost and operational data, and provides actionable recommendations to improve dealership performance. The position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance standards through reporting, training, and ongoing monitoring. Significant travel is required to support in-dealership evaluations and stakeholder engagement. Location & Work Type Location: Philadelphia, PA Work Type: Onsite Key Responsibilities Conduct dealership audits covering warranty, parts, labor rates, sales, and service operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Perform in-dealership compliance reviews of documentation, parts usage, and accounting records (50%-75% travel required). Analyze cost and volume data to support cost containment initiatives and identify operational trends. Develop and deliver detailed audit reports, including corrective action plans for dealership improvements. Provide training to dealership personnel and regional teams on compliance processes and policy adherence. Monitor implementation of corrective actions and provide ongoing support and follow-up with stakeholders. Evaluate warranty procedures, claims submissions, documentation practices, and parts handling for compliance. Compile and maintain audit documentation and compliance records for internal tracking and reporting. Ensure adherence to information security policies and proper handling of confidential business information. Collaborate with regional teams to identify and address non-compliance trends and operational gaps. Qualifications Required: College degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration/Management or equivalent work experience ASE certification recommended 5 plus total years of automotive experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
