Utilize fixtures, gauges, jigs, and fabrication tools to manufacture welded assemblies to required tolerances and customer specifications. Support the development and continuous improvement of work instructions and manufacturing documentation. Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools including calipers, height gauges, protractors, and tape measures. Conduct pressure testing of fuel tanks and hydrostatic testing of glycol tanks to validate product integrity and quality. Travel between manufacturing facilities as needed and adapt to varying production schedules and product requirements. Evaluate welding methods and workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and consistency. Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of hands-on experience with GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW welding processes, preferably within a job shop or custom fabrication environment.
