Ability to make up loads, load/unload all equipment including high temperature box furnaces into the die quench presses. Ability to load and unload work baskets and operate shot blast equipment. Ability to perform center lap on parts per engineering routing. Ability to apply carburizing and nitriding stop-off paints per internal procedures by dipping or brushing. Ability to assemble painted parts with bolts and washers as required by operation sketch. Ability to work from process sketches for selective painting of parts. Ability to copper strip parts per internal procedures. Ability to operate blasting equipment per internal procedures. Ability to set-up and run automatic blasting equipment Ability to thoroughly remove scale and other contaminants from steel parts without removing excessive base material.
