Associate General Counsel

Compensation Based on qualifications, the hiring range will be $160,000–$210,000 with a 15% annual incentive. Final pay will be determined based on the location of the candidate. Hybrid Work We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week, offering flexibility while fostering in‑person collaboration. Key Responsibilities Legal Advisory & Risk Management Provide sound, practical, and risk‑weighted legal advice to business leaders, enabling informed decision‑making. Analyze and interpret legal risks by evaluating quantitative and qualitative business data. Contracting & Corporate Law Support commercial contracting, including retail sales and software/SaaS agreements. Advise on corporate governance, fiduciary responsibilities, and general corporate law matters. Cross‑Functional & Global Partnership Develop and foster strong relationships with internal teams, business functions, and global partners across Amplifon Group. Serve as the primary legal point of contact, delivering balanced solutions that align legal risks with business objectives. Must‑Have Qualifications BA/BS Degree and Juris Doctor (JD) Degree. Active license to practice law. 6 years of corporate or law firm experience. Strong background in corporate law, including contract law, licensing, and corporate governance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Experience in a global organization. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries. Familiarity with franchise law and/or trademark law. Experience with data privacy matters. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to provide practical legal guidance. Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations.
