Scope of Position The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process at Watts Water. The TA Partner will lead the development of local recruiting plans, employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent for Watts. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is onsite at Menomonee Falls, WI. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Champion the full cycle recruitment process for both hourly operations and salary positions while partnering with leaders to understand the business needs of the Operations functions at Watts Water. Partner with the talent team, HR and compensation on processes within the corporate recruiting arena. Lead the creation of a recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Conduct regular follow‑up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Utilize a variety of social media platforms for efficient recruitment. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidates. Conduct prescreens and post screen meetings. Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the Human Resources Information System, Workday. Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees. Assist with campus recruitment activities within the United States. Partner/lead other projects as assigned. Travel as required for recruitment meetings and campus recruitment (10% travel).
