Overview The Johns Hopkins Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences is seeking a clinically focused radiation oncologist to join the Department at our Suburban Hospital location in Bethesda, Maryland. The primary focus will be on women's health to include breast and gynecologic cancers, with appropriate selection of patients for photon, proton or brachytherapy treatment. The successful candidate will work closely with the clinical team at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Sibley Memorial Hospital, and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Responsibilities Clinical activities will include multi-disciplinary clinic participation and collaborations with breast medical and surgical oncologists. The NCC ICU model is NCC Attending service and the NH is a consult service for acute care and the NH leads all brain attack activations while on service. Our telestroke hub and spoke model includes 6 SAHS EDs and 6 independent regional service area hospitals.
