Medical Science Liaison Immunology - Admilparant (VT, ME, NH, CT, West MA)

Position Medical Science Liaison, Immunology – Admilparant Location Field – VT, ME, NH, CT, West MA Role Overview The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a trusted scientific partner with external stakeholders. The MSL identifies medical needs in a defined geographic region, develops and maintains relationships with Thought Leaders (TL) and Healthcare Providers (HCP), and facilitates scientific exchange to support patient access to BMS medicines. The role also contributes to medical planning, research collaboration, and clinical trial support. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community research leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions. Use multiple interaction channels (1‑1, group presentations, remote, etc.) to present scientific information and ensure medical accuracy and compliance. Assess the medical landscape by engaging with TL/HCPs/Access Stakeholders to understand needs and expertise. Continuously update knowledge of treatment strategies, products, unmet medical needs, clinical trials, and health economics outcomes research. Identify opportunities to partner with HCPs on disease‑state initiatives, collaborative research projects, and investigator‑sponsored research (ISR) aligned with BMS objectives. Attend medical congresses and regional meetings, collecting and communicating meaningful medical insights to commercial and medical teams. Contribute to geography‑specific Field Medical and TL Interaction plans and support cross‑functional institution/account plans. Collaborate with cross‑matrix field teams to provide medical support and training for internal stakeholders. Participate in assigned congress activities and provide scientific support at promotional meetings. Support interventional and non‑interventional research studies, including site selection, feasibility assessment, ISR submission, and pharmacovigilance compliance. Position Requirements MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with relevant disease‑area or broad medical background. Strong knowledge of scientific publications, competitive landscape, and patient treatment trends. Familiarity with clinical trial design, national healthcare access environment, and HEOR core concepts. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Experience Desired Minimum of 2 years in a clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment. Prior MSL experience. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Skill in translating scientific data into actionable insights for physicians. Strong communication and presentation skills. Capability to develop peer‑to‑peer relationships with TLs and healthcare professionals. Adaptability to quickly learn new subject areas and environments. Essential Qualification Must have a company‑provided vehicle and be able to drive within the territory, covering often significant distances. Maintain a high level of ethics, integrity, and a safe driving history. Travel Requirement Position is field‑based; MSL must live in the territory or within 50 miles of the territory borders. Travel is required, with the majority of time spent in the field with external customers. Compensation Overview Field – United States – US $166,090 – $201,262 per annum. Base salary plus potential incentive cash and stock opportunities. Final compensation determined by demonstrated experience.
