You'll oversee both our internal IT operations and our software engineering capabilities—including enterprise applications, ERP strategy, web development, data warehousing, and business intelligence—while partnering with technical specialists who own the day‑to‑day infrastructure. What You’ll Do… This role combines strategic technology leadership with practical execution. You'll help define ENVE's technology roadmap while leading the people, vendors, and systems that keep our business moving. Experience developing and executing enterprise technology strategy in a complex business environment. Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they support manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and global business operations. Experience leading enterprise technology functions, including business applications, enterprise systems, digital platforms, or IT operations. Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high‑performing technical teams while managing external technology partners and vendors. Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to translate business objectives into technology solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Demonstrated systems thinking with the ability to understand how people, processes, applications, and technology work together to achieve business objectives. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting global or multi‑site operations. Manufacturing industry experience. Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity governance, and business continuity planning. Experience overseeing data warehouses, business intelligence, or analytics platforms. Experience managing web application development teams. Experience leading ERP implementations or major ERP upgrades. Industry certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP, Azure, AWS, etc.).
