Job Description Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing at Central Vermont Medical Center (CVMC) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to a complex adult and geriatric population. In this role, you’ll care for both long-term residents and post-acute patients recently discharged from the hospital, offering a unique blend of continuity and acuity within a collaborative, team-based environment.
