Job Description Job Description Immediate Opportunity - Industrial Mechanic – Plastic Pallet Manufacturing Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $24.00/hour Join a hands-on manufacturing team producing durable plastic pallets used across a wide range of industries. We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting, working with machinery, and keeping production running smoothly. What You’ll Do As an Industrial Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping our equipment operating at peak performance. Your work directly supports production quality, efficiency, and safety. Build, assemble, and adjust machines and mechanical components to specification Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment Diagnose mechanical issues and determine effective repair solutions Complete repairs using established checklists, procedures, and safety protocols Monitor equipment performance and ensure consistent operation Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records Keep work areas, tools, and machinery clean, organized, and safe Follow all workplace health and safety standards at all times Support additional tasks as assigned based on training and experience What We’re Looking For Solid mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Experience using standard mechanic tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to work well in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Detail-focused approach to maintenance and repairs Willingness to stay hands-on and engaged in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality work Why This Role This is a great opportunity to work in a stable manufacturing environment where your skills directly impact production success.
