Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
