Customer Service Representative Position Overview: The Temporary Customer Service Representative supports this manufacturing companies’ overall sales efforts by collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. This position handles order entry, customer communication, documentation, and other activities that contribute to an efficient and successful sales process. Description: The Reliability Engineer is responsible for conducting detailed Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) on individual parts and sub assemblies, and for developing comprehensive test plans that leverage accelerated aging methodologies to validate product reliability and lifecycle performance. The role collaborates closely with design engineers, material scientists, test laboratories, and program managers to ensure that reliability risks are identified early, quantified accurately, and mitigated through targeted testing and design improvements. Job Responsibilities: Create and maintain component level FMECA worksheets following MIL STD 1629A (or equivalent) and internal reliability standards.
