Other duties and tasks as may be assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school plus completion of a minimal 3-year residency program in family medicine. A license without restriction to practice as a physician in Pennsylvania Board certification in Family Medicine Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Eligible for enrollment in required managed care and insurance contracts. Demonstrated sound problem-solving and decision-making ability. Demonstrated skill in planning and organizing work, managing time, and meeting commitments. Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills to interact in sensitive and/or complex situations with a variety of people; expertise with multicultural populations. Demonstrated very high level of communication skills to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to represent organization in a professional manner. Computer skills. BLS certified. Flexibility and willingness to work some evenings and weekends. Knowledge of a second language preferred. Ability to work in any SHHC location as necessary Dedication to providing high quality health care to all patients. Willingness to receive all CDC recommended immunizations.
