During the week, two physicians and two APPs round with a shift start time of 7 AM. Providers alternate in a round‑and‑go model with at least one provider staying until 7 PM. Faculty are expected to provide typical supervision, train these residents on the care of adult inpatients, and complete evaluation and feedback of the residents.
